No, I'm mildly omniscient. I thought the reference to "book you've never read" had something to do with my parent's steering me away from Heinlein's work post-Stranger.

I actually began to be creeped out by his works around "Have Spacesuit, Will Travel", and "A Door Into Summer", but that's because the idea of picking out a wife based on her behavior as a just-barely-pubescent girl is kinda creepy.

Carol's parents take on things is that Stranger was when he started writing for adults. Also, The Moon is a Harsh Mistress was post-stranger.

Next challenge: mash that up with "What Would John Galt Do?"

Yah, I'm doing ok. I've got free room and board here, and they keep me supplied with vodka and anything else I need. Sweetwater isn't the most entertaining place I've been, but I haven't been evicted, robbed at shotgun point, dismissed from the commission, dumped, forced to pay taxes, or otherwise mistreated.
